I signed up on my Amazon device


If you signed up for Sling TV through your Amazon device and are NOT billed through Amazon Pay, click here to learn how to change your subscription.


If you signed up for Sling TV and are billed through Amazon Pay, visit sling.com/account to change your subscription. You'll be able to follow the steps below to make changes.


I have a Sling TV gift card and want to change my subscription

Where do I go to change my subscription?


Start by logging in to your account at sling.com


Go to my account


From your My Account page, select Change Subscription



Here, you can change your subscription by adding or removing available services.


  • Can't remember your Sling TV email address? If you're currently signed in on a device, navigate to Settings then select Account to see the email address currently logged in
  • Forget your password? Click here for details on how to reset it


How can I change my base service?


To change your base service, find the service you'd like to switch to, then hit +SELECT to change it. The base service you're currently subscribed to will be automatically de-selected.



Once you've decided on your new base service, scroll down and select Review to complete your change.

How can I add or remove an extra?


To see what extras are available to you, select the drop-down represented by the base service you're currently subscribed to (ex: Sling Orange Extras).


To add an extra, select +ADD. The icon will change to a check-mark once selected. If you'd like to remove an extra, select the check mark. The icon will change to say +ADD. 



Important Note: Some channels may only be available depending on your base service. For example, if you wanted to add Sports Extra to receive NFL RedZone, you'll need to be subscribed to Sling Blue as your base service. Double-check available channels here and see what service you'll need to receive them.


Once you've made your changes, scroll down and select Review.

Can I add a standalone service?


If you're interested in a standalone service such as Showtime or NBA League Pass, these can also be added here. Press +SELECT to add a service. The icon will change to a check-mark. To remove a service, click the check-mark. The icon will change to say +SELECT.
